pewag forstgrip cross is made exclusively of forged parts with asymmetrically arranged spikes, which are linked through welded rings. This design allows for more stability and resistance, guarantees perfect grip and preserves the soil.
The wide-meshed chain net provides perfect self-cleaning capabilities. The even pressure distribution by the forged parts preserves the tire. The long lasting welded rings allow adaption to the wear of the tire with adjustment elements.
The pewag forstgrip product line is the first series of forestry chains made of the special TitanGrip® steel to guarantee a long life span.
Pewag forstgrip cross is available with or without tensioning chain in following material diameter:
- 12.5 mm (ring 15 mm): due to ideal self-cleaning abilities especially suitable for soft grounds and big forestry machinen
